Security First Insurance Offers Flood Insurance Solutions to Floridians through Wright Flood

St. Petersburg, Florida – Starting April 1, Security First Insurance, a Florida-based homeowner's insurance provider, and Wright Flood, the largest flood insurance provider in the nation, have launched a flood coverage software solution that will expedite the process for agents to obtain flood insurance coverage for Florida residents. The two companies integrated their policy processing systems to better manage data and speed up the process for agents and customers. This eliminates the need for agents to input and manage information in two separate systems. Security First Insurance's more than 1,300 agents also have access to highly experienced and knowledgeable flood experts to ensure exceptional service to Floridians.

Flood loss is not covered by a standard homeowners insurance policy and must be purchased as a separate policy. Wright Flood offers coverage through the National Flood Insurance Program, which is available up to $250,000 for residences including condo units and up to $100,000 for contents. Renters are also encouraged to purchase flood coverage, which is available up to $100,000 for contents.
